“ Thank you Tischler for making my St Patrick's Day very memorable. I was late to the party this year and didn't get my corned beef like i usually do. Running to Tischler, praying all the good at, I love lakes in and out as told all the fresh corned beef was gone But, praise the Lord, the butcher comes out with a bag. He found one bag of corned beef. I got the last one!! (Cue heavenly music). Tischler Finer Foods has one thing none of the other stores have ~ better pricing and a better creamer selection than ANY OTHER STORE AROUND. If you can't find it anywhere else ~ they probably have it at Tischler ”
“ Really great mom and pop grocery store. It's smaller than Jewel and Mariano's, but they really pack just about everything you'd need or want in there. The meat counter is great, with (delicious) brats they make themselves. They carry bakery items from Racine Bakery, Sputnik coffee beans, sausages and other products from Crawford/Daisy in Cicero... they support local Chicago area businesses. The deli counter is great too. The folks working here are friendly and helpful too! ”
